Al Hamihya / ברכת מעין שלוש
בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְהֹוָה, אֱלֹהֵֽינוּ מֶֽלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם
If one ate grain products, say עַל הַמִּחְיָה וְעַל הַכַּלְכָּלָה
If one drank wine, say (וְ)עַל הַגֶּֽפֶן וְעַל פְּרִי הַגֶּֽפֶן
If one ate fruits of the seven species, say (וְ)עַל הָעֵץ וְעַל פְּרִי הָעֵץ
וְעַל תְּנוּבַת הַשָּׂדֶה, וְעַל אֶֽרֶץ חֶמְדָּה טוֹבָה וּרְחָבָה, שֶׁרָצִֽיתָ וְהִנְחַֽלְתָּ לַאֲבוֹתֵֽינוּ, לֶאֱכֹל מִפִּרְיָהּ וְלִשְׂבֹּֽעַ מִטּוּבָהּ. רַחֵם יְהֹוָה אֱלֹהֵֽינוּ עָלֵֽינוּ וְעַל יִשְׂרָאֵל עַמָּךְ, וְעַל יְרוּשָׁלַֽיִם עִירָךְ, וְעַל הַר צִיּוֹן מִשְׁכַּן כְּבוֹדָךְ, וְעַל מִזְבָּחָךְ וְעַל הֵיכָלָךְ. וּבְנֵה יְרוּשָׁלַֽיִם עִיר הַקֹּֽדֶשׁ בִּמְהֵרָה בְיָמֵֽינוּ, וְהַעֲלֵֽנוּ לְתוֹכָהּ, וְשַׂמְּחֵֽנוּ בְּבִנְיָנָהּ, וּנְבָֽרְכָֽךְ עָלֶֽיהָ בִּקְדֻשָּׁה וּבְטָהֳרָה:
on Shabbat וּרְצֵה וְהַחֲלִיצֵֽנוּ בְּיוֹם הַשַּׁבָּת הַזֶּה.
on Rosh Chodesh וְזָכְרֵֽנוּ לְטוֹבָה בְּיוֹם רֹאשׁ חֹֽדֶשׁ הַזֶּה.
on Rosh Hashana וְזָכְרֵֽנוּ לְטוֹבָה בְּיוֹם הַזִּכָּרוֹן הַזֶּה.
on Pesach וְשַׂמְּחֵֽנוּ בְּיוֹם חַג הַמַּצּוֹת הַזֶּה, בְּיוֹם on a festival day: טוֹב מִקְרָא קֹדֶשׁ הַזֶּה.
on Shavuot וְשַׂמְּחֵֽנוּ בְּיוֹם חַג הַשָּׁבוּעוֹת הַזֶּה בְּיוֹם טוֹב מִקְרָא קֹֽדֶשׁ הַזֶּה.
on Sukkot וְשַׂמְּחֵֽנוּ בְּיוֹם הַסֻּכּוֹת הַזֶּה, בְּיוֹם on a festival day: טוֹב מִקְרָא קֹֽדֶשׁ הַזֶּה.
on Shemini Atzeret וְשַׂמְּחֵֽנוּ בְּיוֹם שְׁמִינִי חַג עֲצֶֽרֶת הַזֶּה בְּיוֹם טוֹב מִקְרָא קֹֽדֶשׁ הַזֶּה.
כִּי אַתָּה טוֹב וּמֵטִיב לַכֹּל, וְנוֹדֶה לְךָ עַל הָאָֽרֶץ

veal tenuvat hassadeh, veal eretz chemdah tovah urechavah, sheratzita vehinchalta laavoteinu, leechol mippiryah velisboa mittuvah. racheim Adonai Eloheinu aleinu veal yisrael ammach, veal yerushalayim irach, veal har tziyyon mishkan kevodach, veal mizbachach veal heichalach. uveneih yerushalayim ir hakkodesh bimheirah veyameinu, vehaaleinu letochah, vesammcheinu bevinyanah, unevarchach aleiha bikdushshah uvetahrah:

Blessed are You, Hashem, our God, King of the universe,
If one ate grain products, say for the nourishment and sustenance
If one drank wine, say (and) for the vine and the fruit of the vine
If one ate fruits of the seven species, say (and) for the tree and the fruit of the tree
and for the produce of the field, and for the desirable, good and spacious land which You were pleased to give as heritage to our fathers, to eat of its fruit and be satisfied with its goodness.
on Shabbat Be pleased and strengthen us on this Sabbath day.
